After receiving your order, we need to conduct quality-control in order to ensure product quality. There are different kinds of processing time for different items. Average processing time is 2 business days; however, it varies depending on the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

 

 

 

For Flat Rate Shipping, we ship your package by Post service which takes about 7 to 25 business days to most countries in the world. Please be advised that the shipping time can be affected by factors such as time of the year, severe weather and other disruptions. These are outside our control. The standard shipping times are as follows:

 

 

 

a) For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 3 to 7 business days.

 

b) For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 7 to 15 business days.

 

c) For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.

 

For Standard Rate Shipping, we ship your package by United State Post Office (USPO), which takes 6 -15 business days to almost any country in the world. Usually the tracking number will be trackable on these sites, 1 to 2 days after we have shipped the goods.

 

We ship all of our goods directly from the storage, which is located in Queens, New York, USA.

2. Processing time: In order to guarantee the quality of our products, luxurymenfashion.com has to prepare your goods carefully before they are shipped out. Our professionally trained technicians perform strict in-house quality control checks on all products and carefully package your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

 



3. Due to the weight and size limit on items imposed by post air mail, not all items are eligible. Some items can only be dispatched by Standard Rate Shipping and Expedited Rate Shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Problem with the products received:

 


Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
Please ship the package to the designated address provided by the after sales staff. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a partial refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

Out of stock:

 

Some items may out of stock or there may be insufficient products to complete the order during the order processing stage. Our customer service staff will contact you and provide you with a status update. Customers are eligible to ask for a partial Refund (covering some of the item cost and the shipping fee) in the event of not receiving email notification.

 

 

Size:

To reduce the possibility of disputes, please take clear photographs of the items while placed on the ground and place a ruler or measuring tape to measure out the differently sized part. The photos should then be submitted to the after sales team. We will provide a reply to your problems as soon as possible. Normally it will take 2-3 business days. Please note the following RMA criteria relating to size differences: Custom made item: Deviation from the original size by over 2CM; Not custom made item: Deviation from the original size by over 3CM. Please ship the package to the address provided by the after sales team. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide aPARTIAL refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

 

 

 

 

 

Missing items, wrong items or package sent:

 

 

 

A PARTIAL refund is offered for missing or wrongly shipped items. 
We will provide a reshipping service in the event of missing or wrongly shipped accessories, a PARTIAL refund on the item fare is offered in the event of accessories being unavailable for reshipping.
Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package
